Do I need a membership to rent office space?

Yes. Thrive is a member-based coworking space which means that everyone must first be a member before they can rent space. Membership can be paid either $400 annually, or $40/month with a 1 year commitment. A full list of member perks can be found here


Once you purchase an annual membership, you are considered a member of Thrive. Whether you work out of the space or not, being a member allows you access to all of our events, classes, workshops, happy hours, yoga, you name it. In addition you can pop in for a workday at a discounted rate, rent meeting rooms at a discounted rate, and reserve the space to give classes or host workshops. You also get all the member perks such as discounts at various businesses, a 1 hour health+wellness session, a 30 minute business strategy session, and a 30 minute organization consultation. We are always working to grow our partnerships with local businesses to offer our members more benefits.

Can I rent conference room space without being a member? 

Yes. Anybody can reserve conference room space within Thrive. Members get priority registration, as well as discounted prices. Non-members can only reserve rooms within 14 days and will pay a slightly higher rate. To book a conference room and see the pricing levels, click here

Can I Purchase a day pass without being a member?

Yes. Any women can reserve a day pass, whether you are a member or not. The price for a day pass is reduced pricing for members, but if you are only in town for a few days you do not need to be a member to purchase a day pass. To purchase a day pass, come to the space during business hours when you are planning to work and you will be promoted when you connect online to buy a day pass.

From time to time, there will be men in the space at events and as clients of the members. We have created a space for women but at this time we do not prohibit men from joining. 

Are there ever men in the space?
